Meet Amanda Nolen

A former teacher turned Realtor®, Amanda brings the heart of an educator and the mind of a strategist to every client experience.

Her background in education taught her patience, clarity, and the value of personalized guidance—skills she now uses to empower buyers and sellers to make informed, confident decisions.

When she’s not helping clients, you can find her spending time with family, gardening, or cheering on her kids’ activities around Mid-Michigan.

Our Story

After nearly a decade in teaching, Amanda’s journey into real estate started out of necessity—and grew into passion. With two little ones at home and a love for connecting with people, she took the leap into a new career that offered flexibility and purpose.

What began with helping her dad flip houses turned into a thriving business built on relationships, education, and trust.

After her husband finished his medical residency in Detroit, they moved back and settled in Midland, Amanda’s hometown.

Now, Home in Mid Michigan stands as a reflection of that same care—helping others step confidently into their next chapter.

Amanda is on the Keller Williams Preferred Team and, as a physician’s spouse, Amanda partners with Moving Medicine Partners as a physician relocation specialist.

She’s proud to live, work, and serve right here in Mid-Michigan. From supporting local schools to collaborating with other small businesses, community connection is at the heart of everything she does.
